To Swallow or Not to Swallow....

There are many misconceptions as to why women should not ingest male ejaculation. The most common complaints / concerns about swallowing male ejaculate are:
1) It tastes bad
2) It’s degrading
3) It’s indigestible
4) It’s bad for you
5) You’re at a higher risk for STDs
Without pRoper education these concerns are understandable, however unreasonable. The purpose of this article is to educate women AND men that swallowing male ejaculate is not only safe, but good for you.
Many of you may be asking why bother swallowing? What is the point? There are many more reasons to swallow than to spit: First, swallowing is Tidy. Simply put, spitting is messy (as many of you women know). Spitting or ejaculating in a towel creates an unnecessary messy object to dispose of. Ejaculating on the body poses an even great problem by having to wipe off the ejaculate and further shower. In addition, if the male cums on the stomach of the female, you pose the slight threat of pregnancy by the ejaculate dripping into the vagina.

Second, swallowing is much more erotic and allows less tension. Swallowing allows the man to relax and not have to worry about where to ejaculate. This poses two advantages: he doesn’t have to worry, which in turn will prolong the orgasm, and two, is more erotic than spitting which will encourage him to cum quicker!

Third, Swallowing is polite! Because of porn and other social forms of female degradation, women believe that swallowing has become a form of disgrace. Nothing can be further from the truth. To quote one woman: "What sort of message does that convey to immediately run to the nearest sink to spit? I’m comfortable enough to get down on my knees and wrap my lips around your cock, but not comfortable enough to swallow the fruits of my labor? I know I’d be offended if my boyfriend ran to the bathroom to gargle with mouthwash after going down on me. So, sure I swallow. It’s almost impolite not to."

Fourth, swallowing is environmentally considerate. Oral sex doesn’t only take place in the home. Many couples enjoy oral sex in public areas such as cars, movie theatres, saunas, public pools, bathrooms etc. Spitting just creates an environmental hazard for the people to use that facility following the act of oral sex.
One of the most prominent concerns regarding oral sex is safety. There exists many myths and urban legends of diseases, digestion problems and stomach pumps after oral sex. The following will demystify any of these concerns regarding oral sex.

Cum is an all-natural bodily fluid that doesn't harbor any diseases or harmful bacteria in a healthy person. The purpose of semen is to transport sperm to the female ova, and it is a high-protein, nutrient-rich medium designed to support and sustain the spermatazoa during their relatively brief journey. The sperm themselves also present no threat in the digestive tract, and are neutralized by gastric fluids by the time they reach the stomach.

Healthy seminal fluid is mostly fructose and proteins, and doesn't contain any harmful chemicals. The slightly bleachy smell of semen comes from its alkaline pH and minute traces of chlorine, but if it's mild enough for a vagina, it's not going to be any harsher on your mouth or throat.

The sort of good news is that swallowing your partner's cum will not put you at any greater risk for catching an STD. The dichotomy lies in the fact that if your partner does have an STD, by the time you've had unprotected oral sex with them, whether you swallow or not, you've been exposed to whatever they're carrying.
Having unprotected oral sex (giving head without a condom) is risky. Some of the diseases that can be transmitted through oral sex if your partner is infected include herpes, genital warts, gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. The risk of HIV transmission through oral sex is still undetermined. Some experts say there is little to no risk of getting HIV through fellatio, while some say there is possible risk, especially if there are cuts or sores in the mouth of the person performing oral sex.

However, if you've already gone that far, swallowing the semen isn't going to put you at much additional risk. If anything, once the cum is in your mouth, swallowing may be the quickest way to get rid of it. Once you've swallowed, your digestive enzymes and acids will probably destroy any germs in the semen, and your stomach and intestines are not vulnerable to infection by STDs.

Semen is an acquired taste (like beer). While some people profess to enjoy the flavor of ejaculate, most report it to be saline, bitter, or acrid, comparing the taste to salty bleach. Because the taste is an obstacle to having their partner swallow, many men wonder what they can do to make their cum taste better. Men . . . please read the following carefully. Like sweat, saliva, urine, and all of your body's other secretions and excretions, your ejaculate's smell and flavor are affected by what you consume. (Likewise, you may notice when you go down on your female partner, her vagina flavor is affected by her diet).

What goes in, comes out, literally. Ever notice how when you eat a meal with a lot of onions and garlic, the smell seems to ooze out of your pores the next day? It's in your semen as well, and although the specific taste or odor may be difficult to detect, it does have an influence on the overall taste.

It will come as a disappointment to all you party people, but the surest way to nicer tasting cum is clean living. Cut back on your vices - alcohol, cigarettes, drugs (except maybe for Viagra), and junk food. Word is that vegetarians, both men and women, taste better, so you may want to steer clear of red meat, fish, and dairy. Indulge in lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and drink lots of juice and water.

Lastly, speaking of diets, many are curious about the nutritional ingredients in male ejaculate. Obviously, semen contains spermatozoa, but sperm accounts for only a small percentage of spunk. Cum is 90 percent seminal fluid, which is composed of dozens of chemical components. The base of seminal fluid is primarily fructose (sugar) and proteins, with many other trace minerals and substances.

Here's a listing of some of semen's ingredients:
Sugars: Fructose, sorbitol, inositol
Proteins and amino acids : glutathione, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA), creatine
Minerals: Phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, calcium, potassium
Vitamins: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C), vitamin B12, choline
Hormones: Testosterone, prostaglandins
Body byproducts: Lactic acid, urea, uric acid, nitrogen

Cum may in fact be not only safe to eat, but actually good for you. Seminal fluid, the base of cum, is a veritable nutrient-rich soup. Semen is a source of highly concentrated, high-quality protein. In dietary terms, it's comparable to egg whites or gelatin.

Besides protein, semen contains high concentrations of some minerals, such as zinc, and trace amounts of other important nutrients, like calcium and magnesium. While you shouldn't depend on a shot of cum to get your recommended daily allowances of vitamins and minerals, swallowing semen on a regular basis can't hurt as a dietary supplement.

Although cum may look creamy and opaque, it contains very little fat, and few calories. The average ejaculation produces about a tablespoon of semen, for a total of 15 calories. Given that cum is a high-protein, low-carb snack, you'd think the Atkins Diet people would be all over it by now. Plus, when you factor in the calories expended in performing oral sex, chances are you're burning off much more than you're consuming.

So ladies, get back out there and start sucking more dick. If you need practice . . . do not hesitate to write me . . . I drink a lot of water and pineapple juice.
