We've made the decision,
the downpayment was made,
and the contract was signed yesterday.

Finally opened my first checking account with Metrobank. They were nice enough to waive the minimum ACD???, some crappy way of checking my existing accounts average balance per month.

Now, if you're asking why do I need a checking account, the answer will be on BSOBARH #2.
